Ingredients: 
2 medium squash, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cups of chicken juice, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, a teaspoon minced ginger or powder Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Take two medium-sized yellow pumpkins and divide them into two. Remove the seeds and place in the oven on the skin side over a kitchen paper. Leave to bake for 35-40 minutes or until the squash pulp has softened.
